New Zealand criminals are being given free mobile phones when they leave prison.The idea is being tested to see if people will stop re-offending when they get out of jail.
Only a some of prisoners have been given the phones but if the project is going good it will be introduced at the new prisons around the country.

ReplyDeleteI think that it is just weird to give out phones to criminals. But it is good to try and stop them from re-offending.
